Newsletter data use
How Big Think manages newsletter subscriptions.
Confirmation and consent
We store your email, language, consent version and time. A confirmation link, valid for 48 hours, is sent through our authenticated mail server and SMTP2GO relay. A welcome email is sent after confirmation. Only confirmed subscriptions are eligible for newsletters. Repeated requests may be limited to one confirmation per day.
Sending and removal
Each newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. A click opens a page where you can confirm removal; email applications can also use the one-click unsubscribe mechanism. Removing your subscription cancels queued newsletter messages. An email already in transit cannot be recalled.
Access and security
Records and delivery queues are private and available only to authorised server administrators. Consent and SMTP-acceptance timestamps are retained for managing delivery; we do not add email-open tracking pixels. Rate limits use a temporary keyed IP identifier, not raw IP addresses in the subscription record. Contact us at info@bigthink.com.tr for data requests.
Cloudflare Turnstile verifies browser signals to reduce automated abuse. Verification is required before new submissions.
