Contact form data use

Information we store

We store your name, email, message and any optional phone or company details in the site database to review your enquiry and contact you. We also retain the form language, source page path, submission time and notice version. Query parameters and your IP address are not added to this record.

Access and communication

Messages are available to authorised site administrators, not a public list. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. A notification containing your enquiry is sent to labs@bigthink.com.tr through our authenticated mail server and its SMTP2GO relay. A separate automatic receipt is sent to the email address you provide, without repeating your message. This does not create a newsletter subscription. A keyed, non-reversible IP identifier is kept temporarily for rate limiting; raw IP addresses are not added to the message record. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Corrections and deletion requests

You can request a correction or deletion through the contact form, identifying the email address used for your enquiry. Requests are reviewed by an administrator; submitting a request does not automatically delete a record.
